Vincent was born and raised in Texas and started his career in HR consulting, a foundation which still informs his holistic approach to solving broader organizational challenges. After earning his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the McCombs School of Business, Vincent set out to save (and see) the world, joining Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, where he spent several years collaborating with executives and organizational leaders to design and execute strategic enterprise-wide initiatives. After touching down at more than 70 airports in seven years, Vincent decided to focus on making an impact closer to his new home in Seattle.
He joined Revel Consulting in 2014, where he is now a Senior Manager in the Organizational Engagement Community. In this role, he partners with clients to bring innovation to life, with a focus on leading organizations and their people through transformation by designing and implementing holistic change management strategies. He also enables organizations to design and implement cohesive talent strategies, including culture change, recruiting, retention, and rewards. He has delivered lasting results across disciplines, including organization design, process improvement, cost reduction, shared services optimization and ERP implementations.
Vincent firmly believes that an organization’s greatest asset is its people. He applies this philosophy to his leadership role at Revel, where he is passionate about attracting and retaining the best talent and providing associates the right mix of freedom and support to deliver exceptional client value.
Outside of work, Vincent enjoys time with his wife and newborn daughter and training for his next marathon. Although he loves the Pacific Northwest and all it has to offer, he can often be found on the weekend returning to his Texas roots by scrambling up some migas or making his own barbecue.
