SEATTLE, August 17, 2016 – Poised to take on the next decade of digital, Revel Consulting is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with new energy, formalizing its community-centric operating model to tackle a new wave of mega-trends the company says will change how business will operate in the future. Revel’s transformation is reflected in a recently completed brand refresh that the company says brings its public face into alignment with its day-to-day operations and sets the path for the future.

“With digital disruption making every company a technology company, the human element of business is becoming more important than ever before,” says Vikas Kamran, Revel Consulting’s founder and CEO. “The wisdom of the crowd is now the currency of innovation, and Revel’s transformation over the years strengthens our human-centered approach to solving digital business challenges in a rapidly changing environment. This is how we’ve been operating, and it’s time to show the world.”

Revel is organized into five unique communities, each keenly focused on a different phase in the lifecycle of digital business transformation. These communities – Strategy, Experience Design, Organizational Engagement, Transformation, and Analytics – are designed for maximum agility and flexibility in the face of ever-evolving technological capabilities, consumer expectations, and client needs.

“After incubating our new approach to consulting – one that adapts the human-centered design principles of leading with empathy and embracing a fail-fast, bias-to-action mindset to the unique needs of large, complex organizations – it’s clear we’ve touched a nerve,” says Tim Bowman, Revel’s managing director for Consulting Services. “Leading organizations turn to Revel because they know our people are not only experts in solving the challenges of today, but also sherpas who help them confidently navigate the three developing mega-trends – omnichannel to ubiquity, monetizing trust, and agile everything – that drive the demands of tomorrow.”

Revel’s newly articulated focus and positioning builds on the company’s momentum.  In September, the firm will move its headquarters from suburban Kirkland, Washington to the Belltown neighborhood in downtown Seattle. Its new office, in the historic Seville Building located at 2226 3rd Avenue, creates more space for its community curators and opens additional opportunities to engage its clients in highly interactive, human-centered experiences. The firm is also continuing to expand its presence in San Francisco to ensure Revel’s powerful community model is embedded deeply in two of the most dynamic tech centers in the world.

Revel is a consulting firm that creates substantial value by attracting, developing and inspiring people to achieve more together. The firm is organized into communities of associates, partners, and clients that collaborate to ignite innovation. Its work focuses on business strategy, experience design, organizational engagement, transformation and analytics. The company has offices in Seattle and San Francisco.

Founded in 2006 as CRM Consultants, Revel has spent the last decade developing service offerings and business models that have helped its clients stay ahead of digital business trends and changing customer behaviors. Revel’s decade of digital business is documented at www.revelconsulting.com/about.

“Now is the perfect time for Revel to make strategic moves that will propel us further than ever before,” continued Kamran. “The mega-trends we’ve identified create renewed focus, the digital expertise we’ve been building gives us increased confidence in our ability to expand, and the community innovation model we’ve developed is already delivering results for clients who crave a more engaging and interactive experience. With one decade of digital behind us and the next 10 years coming fast, we’re ready to go.”
